Closest gear to Iowa's oldest state park
Backbone State Park is Iowa's oldest state park and draws more than 600,000 visitors a year for trout fishing, hunting, and camping. Strawberry Point is one of the two nearest full-service towns, and Nading's is one of the closest places to gas up, grab food, and buy bait, tackle, and a license on the way in.
